User-Initiated Contest Cancellation

Pre-Contest Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your participation in a contest before it begins, you may do so within the specified time frame indicated on the contest page. Upon cancellation, any entry fees paid will be refunded to your account balance.

Post-Contest Start: Once a contest has commenced, cancellations are not allowed. Entry fees are non-refundable after the start of the contest as the results are based on the real-life performance of the players.

Contest Cancellation by Fantasy Sports League

Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the minimum required number of participants, Fantasy Sports League reserves the right to cancel the contest. In this case, all entry fees will be refunded to the participants.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties, server problems, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the proper conduct of the contest, Fantasy Sports League may cancel the contest. Participants will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded.

Violation of Rules: If a contest is canceled due to a violation of our Fair Play Policy or other rules, refunds may not be provided to those responsible for the violation.

• User-initiated cancellations before the contest begins

Non-Refundable Situations: The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• User disqualification due to rule violations
• Losses based on the performance of selected players
• Requests made after the contest has started or ended

Account Balance Withdrawal

Withdrawal Requests: Users may request to withdraw their account balance at any time, provided the minimum withdrawal amount is met. Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method linked to your account.

Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 3-5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawal Fees: Fantasy Sports League may apply a nominal fee for processing withdrawals, which will be clearly communicated during the withdrawal process.
